Unfortunately, my chair arrived damaged 😔. The box was all ripped up, and there's a scratch on the side. I'm trying to get it sorted with customer service, but it's been a hassle. Hopefully, they can resolve it quickly, but not a great first impression.

It's okay. I mean, it does massage, but it's not as amazing as I thought it would be. The settings are a bit confusing. The electric footrest is nice though. Expected more for the price.
